first contact with Express Relocation will probably be through an e-mail
or a phone call from someone within the human resources department in
the company that you work with. This telephone call serves the purpose
of establishing the family’s needs. We will try to get as much information
about your life style and family size and make-up and the needs you have
as far as a home is concerned ( pets, number of bedrooms, apartment vs.
house, etc.) This is of utmost importance as it will set the tone for
the first day of your home search. We will prepare a list of properties
which we think might suit our needs and make all the necessary appointments.
Take into account that there are no open market listings in Mexico and
therefore each property has to be shown through different realtors. We
do not interfere with this exclusivity and therefore have ample access
to all listings.
